Please read our notes on shipping, cancellations, guarantees and other instructions related to our mutual responsibilities as they relate to your order. By purchasing from DeVroomen Bulb Canada Inc. we assume that you have read and agree to these terms. Terms & Conditions Payment Due To receive Net 30 days after date of invoice, a credit application must be filed out & approved. A finance charge of 1.5% per month (18% per annum) will be added to past due accounts. For prepay accounts, a deposit is required once the order is placed. The remaining amount is due prior to shipping. We accept VISA and MasterCard payments. We are not responsible for any printing errors or price differences. Order Deadlines For full availability your order must be submitted by the program deadline. Please refer to the order form for the deadline date. After that date we maintain a stock from which later orders can be filled. Order Changes and Cancellations Please review your order confirmation once it is sent out and let us know within 14 days if any changes are required. After the 14 days, cancelled items will be accepted with a 25% restocking fee, as long as the cancellation is more than 8 weeks to delivery. Any cancellations of Pre-Chilled bulbs must be made before August 1st. Cancellations within 10 weeks of delivery and/or are valued over $500 will not be accepted. Quoted Orders No cancellations will be accepted once an order is placed. Shipping Freight is calculated at time of shipping and is dependent on size of order, weight, location, tailgate required etc… All prices are FOB Niagara-Falls, ON. If there are any issues (damages, spoilages, shortages) please send photos as proof within 72 hours upon receipt of goods. DeVroomen Bulb Canada reserves the right to have product returned to us at our expense. We cannot be held responsible for non-performing or loss of product as growing conditions are out of our control. All quotations, pricing, and agreements are subject and contingent to strikes, accidents, shortage of materials, tariffs, and all other causes outside of our control.
